AMERICAN WILDFLOWER WITH LAVENDER
RELAX & REJUVINATE
Ingredients: peppermint, lemongrass, vanilla rooibos, & chamomile
This blend is an overall wellness booster! Each of these ingredients are anti-inflammatory, which means they can help reduce risk of disease as well as alleviate general aches and pains. The herbs in this blend can combat stomach and sinus issues, boost immunity, soothe tired muscles and joints, and promote restful sleep.
If you struggle to wind down after a long day, try incorporating this blend into your evening routine - you might find your mood elevated, your night more restful, and feel generally better overall!
Many people know lavender's power to promote relaxation and induce sleep, but did you know it is rich in anti-oxidants and is also anti-inflammatory?
Try adding 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Lavender to 1 to 2 teaspoons of American Wildflower.
HOW TO PREPARE IT
Steep 5 minutes for maximum flavor.
Serve hot, either unsweetened or with MESQUITE HONEY!

Blueberry Tea has been a part of Old Barrel Tea Company since the beginning! It is full of dried blueberries and apple pieces, with some added tartness from the dried hibiscus! We love blending it with Lemongrass, Mountain Sunrise, and Wild Strawberry!
Last summer, we introduced Lavender Sage Lemonade, and it has quickly become a team favorite as well! We loved how Lavender Sage Lemonade blended so well with Tropical Black to create a tropical, fruity, floral and herbal OBTC Arnold Palmer!
We recently combined Blueberry and Lavender Sage Lemonade together - what a refreshing treat, right in time for summer! As you enjoy this blend, you taste blueberry and some hibiscus tartness, followed by lavender and sage!
Everday leading up to Valentine's Day, we posted some of the blends we love and why we love them! Here is a recap of all 14 amazing blends!
It’s January 2019! Happy New Year! Many people love to start fresh, get a new perspective, be healthier, strive to do better in the new year! Since we at OBTC love all things tea, we combined our White Peach and Cleanse teas in January of last year, to provide a tea option to help us cleanse and detox for the new year (or anytime really)! We love the blend so much that we continued blending, sampling and serving it throughout the year, and we want all tea lovers to know about it!
Both the Chocolate Orange Pu Erh and Horchata Rooibos are delicious, staff and customer favorites on their own! But when we bring these two teas together in a blend, the flavor is incredible! While steeping the two together, your little tea corner is warm with the cinnamon and chocolate flavors! These two teas bring a lot of great health benefits to you in one cup as well!
Peppermint and Lemongrass is definitely a guest and staff favorite! Here are several reasons why:
Hello! My name is Maggie! I am a Marine Scientist that was moved to the New Mexican desert with my family by the Air Force! That move was never in my plan, even in my wildest dreams, and I felt lost in the desert for awhile! Meeting the founding owners of Old Barrel Tea Company and falling in love with the store allowed me to find an oasis in the desert! I had no idea what loose leaf tea was, but now I believe in this company and the product! I hope that I can extend some of the love and knowledge with all of our followers and readers!
